Greg is COO of STO Building Group, the New York-headquartered family of 14 construction companies, including Structure Tone, Pavarini, Layton, LF Driscoll, and Govan Brown – with over 5,700 employees across 54 offices in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. He brings more than 35 years of design, development and construction experience, including 22 years at Gilbane Building Company and a senior executive role at Tutor Perini. Greg also serves on the national executive board of the ACE Mentor Program.

Tim is President and CEO of Énska, the largest Indigenous development manager in Canada, building a future where Nations own the projects that shape North America. A member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, Tim spent over 20 years at Chandos, where he helped take the firm national through its leadership in modern methods of construction. He has been recognized as a Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year, named one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40®, and is an alumnus of the Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference.

Peter Trollope serves as President Global Occupier Solutions at Newmark. With more than 25 years of experience spanning North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, Peter has advised Fortune 500 clients on business-critical initiatives, including workplace reinvention, M&A integration, portfolio optimization and global service delivery. Prior to joining Newmark, he served as Global Head of Project Management Advisory at CBRE Group, where he led a $1 billion annual business with over 5,000 employees.

Mark Tant brings over 41 years of construction experience, with 30 years spent in leadership roles. He spent a decade at Wates, where he most recently served as Managing Director of Wates Construction, driving growth and operational excellence. After this tenure, Mark launched his own consultancy, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge to advise McLaren on strategic initiatives, including the Sizewell nuclear site. Mark’s consultancy also supports a diverse range of contractors, developers, and cutting-edge construction technology companies like Buildots, helping them navigate complex challenges and drive industry-wide change.
