Construction is one of the world’s largest industries, yet one of the last to become data-driven. For too long, it has relied on gut feeling and static benchmarks that are often out of date and based on low-fidelity data. 

We’re here to help modernize the field, giving leaders reliable data to guide decision-making from the project to the enterprise, and answer questions like: How much MEP work can realistically be delivered in a week? How well is this project performing in comparison to industry benchmarks? How do I evaluate trade productivity?

While we publish objective data, we don’t claim to have all the answers. We believe data is a dialogue, and we often lean on our global ‘hive mind’ to help interpret complex findings.
