About the role

As a Research Annotations Specialist, you will be ensuring the quality of the data on which we train our AI networks.

As part of this role, you will oversee the entire annotation process to ensure high-quality standards are maintained. This includes creating clear presentations with instructions for off-shore teams and providing online feedback. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and a keen eye for details.

Responsibilities:

• Data analysis based on dashboards
• Specialization in the type of data analyzed by the company
• Specialization in labeling and quality control systems
• Improvement and development of labeling and quality control systems and features
• Collaboration with operation, outsourcing, development, and QA teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• A high level of English proficiency (both written and verbal) – must
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - a must
• Experience in similar positions - a plus
