About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, talented and proactive Project Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will own and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve and streamline operations across our Go-To-Market teams.
This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone who brings hands-on experience, structured and analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of GTM processes in fast-paced environments. You will be the operational force behind several strategic programs, working closely with key stakeholders to build scalable processes, ensure alignment, and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain core processes, workflows, and documentation that supports all segments of GTM.
- Partner with stakeholders across the company to align on goals, design end to end processes and drive efficient project execution.
- Track and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes of projects to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
- Follow up with internal teams on task completion, ensuring deadlines are met and potential delays are flagged early.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to remove friction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Revenue Operations, in dynamic, fast paced, global environments.
- 2+ years of technical background and/or Salesforce programming.
- Solid understanding of Go-To-Market functions and how they interconnect (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
- Proactive and influential approach. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to take initiative, motivate others, and effectively manage tasks across a matrixed team structure.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Hebrew and English.
