About the Role
The Director of Revenue Operations will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic growth across our revenue-generating teams. This leader will manage and optimize processes, tools, and metrics that enable our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to meet and exceed their targets. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with our senior leadership to develop and execute the revenue operations strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine processes across the revenue cycle to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
- Data & Analytics: Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into revenue performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Technology & Tools: Manage the selection, implementation, and administration of revenue operations tools, ensuring they meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Adoption: Work closely with sales enablement to ensure that teams have the necessary tools, training, and processes to achieve their goals.
- Revenue Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing, go-to-market strategies, and customer segmentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support the end-to-end customer journey.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and revenue growth.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
