About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and driven individual with a strong passion for working in a fast-paced environment to lead our global site-capturing team. As a Field Operations Lead, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing the team, ensuring high-quality captures. Your role will play a significant part in the video collection process for Buildots.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage, recruit, train, and lead a team in multiple countries
• Ensure that the scans are conducted efficiently and with the highest quality
• Make sure information is communicated quickly and efficiently to stakeholders
• Manage weekly schedules and employee shifts
• Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
• Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are being followed
• Acquire technical knowledge, improve it, and share knowledge with others

Requirements:

• Experience in leading teams - a must
• Proficiency in English - a must 
• Technical orientation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to work on construction sites with challenging conditions
• Ability to work flexible hours and maintain availability for handling  issues or incidents
• Adaptable and solution-oriented attitude
• Backgrounds in construction, photography, or surveying are advantageous
• Strong team player with positive interpersonal skills - a must
