About The Position

Buildots is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join our marketing team.

As a Director of Demand Generation at Buildots, you’ll be responsible for establishing a digital marketing strategy and managing your team’s activities such as Paid, SEO, Marketing Automation, and ongoing Website maintenance and CRO. In addition, in this role, you will own the marketing tack stack integration and ensure smooth sync to CRM, MAP, and other platforms

Buildots is an innovative construction tech start-up established in Israel in August 2018 with the aim of creating the equivalent of a mission control room for construction sites. Bringing together AI and wearable hardware, Buildots technology makes seamless construction process visibility and fully digitized construction workflows with the aim of optimising processes, minimising delays, and avoiding budget overruns. Over the two years of activity, Buildots has grown from 3 to more than 200 employees, incorporated a UK subsidiary, filed 5 patents, and established a working relationship with top contractors.


About The Role

The right candidate must have a strong understanding of demand and lead generation, digital funnel building, lead acquisition and analysis of marketing campaigns. In addition, this candidate will need to create and enroll marketing-SDR alignment process to ensure MQLs are handled in a proper way and improve the MQL threshold to achieve maximum yield.


We’re looking for candidates with prior success building scalable digital marketing programs for a B2B SaaS company.



Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a highly motivated and successful Performance Marketing team.
  • Own creation and execution of the paid acquisition demand generation strategy.
  • Lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
  • Lead a high-performing, metrics-driven team managing demand generation campaigns, marketing initiatives, and analytics.
  • Own and execute media planning and budget allocation.
  • Identify opportunities across all stages of the customer lifecycle to drive awareness adoption, activation, and retention by implementing new tactics, running optimization tests, and improving campaign performance.
  • Plan & execute ABM campaigns and predictive models that can forecast demand generation spend with pipeline creation and closed bookings.
  • Analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and bookings.
  • Build work methodologies to align CS and Sales teams to the marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, technical ability.
  • 2+ years of managerial-level experience in user acquisition marketing and a proven track record of success (tech company is a huge advantage).
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in tech.
  • Proven excellence in relationship-building and collaboration
  • Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills.
  • Experienced in working with marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Hubsport. Linkedin, Google Analytics.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proven ability to manage 6 digits $ budget
