About The Role

As our first HR Manager for our London site, you will be part of the global HR team, and be responsible for developing, motivating and retaining a world-class team at Buildots' various locations outside of Israel. You will act as a champion for the company culture and will support our employees and managers in Europe, allowing the company to develop and grow quickly.

What you’ll do:

• Support, define and help implement any HR policies and processes for our European teams.
• Foster engagement and support team members’ career development, identifying training and coaching opportunities.
• Ensure the organization has appropriate HR support on all matters relating to the European employees.
• Take part in defining and implementing our company HR strategy, together with our global HR team.

What should you bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, high-growth tech organization
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Proactive, committed, team-oriented and attention to detail
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• Solid knowledge of UK labour law
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus (preferably German or French)
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or other related fields of study
