Duties And Responsibilities
- Be the focal point for all pension funds related matter for new and current employees. Act as a liaison between the employees and the company’s pension agent
- Act as a liaison between Finance and HR with regards to payroll matters
- Prepare and submit to our external payroll providers in IL and the US employee’s payroll data.
- Pull and review time & attendance reporting of hourly employees prior to submitting for payroll.
- Review payroll drafts and prepare monthly salary analysis.
- Set up payroll payments in the bank
- Have a knowledge of and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
- Prepare the payroll JE and reconcile the general ledger regarding payroll transactions
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
- Involvement in a process of implementing Hilan (as outsource payroll system)
- Manage AR balances, invoicing, and collections. Maintain AR aging reports and performing reconciliations.
- Payments set up in Leumi and foreign banks. Prepare cash related reports.
- Assist in other ongoing bookkeeping duties as necessary
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Experience of at least 5 years with the above requirements and for a company with 150+ employees, including hourly employees
- Certificate of IL payroll controller, Bookkeeping Certificate Type 3 – Must
- Detailed oriented, accurate and execution-oriented
- Work well under pressure and know how to manage time and prioritize to meet due dates
- Strong interpersonal skills, articulated and know how to work well with people in team and external
- Working with Hilan, familiarity with Shiklulit and NetSuite – strong advantage
- Good Excel skills, ability to self-tough new software
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Hebrew and English – Must
