What You'll Do:
- Orchestrate Complex Deal Wins: Act as the conductor of our sales efforts, owning the strategy and execution to close single $1M+ TCV software deals with mission-critical mega-projects. You'll bring a high level of organization and a strategic mindset to every facet of the deal.
- Hunt and Close Mega Projects: Aggressively identify, prospect, and secure new, strategic mission-critical projects, leading the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful close.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Adopt a consultative, partnership-driven approach, deeply understanding customer and stakeholder business needs to position Buildots as an indispensable solution. Your keen listening skills will be paramount in grasping the complexities of each deal.
- Strategic Pipeline Management: Build, meticulously manage, and accurately forecast a robust sales pipeline, providing clear reporting on progress and key metrics.
- Executive-Level Engagement: Comfortably engage with a diverse range of decision-makers and influencers within major organizations, including C-suite executives, project directors, and operational teams, across various communication channels (in-person, phone, video).
What You Bring:
- Proven Hunter & Closer: A demonstrated track record of exceeding B2B sales quotas, specifically in landing net-new enterprise-level accounts within the construction/owner tech space.
- Mission Critical Mega-Project Expertise: Non-negotiable experience closing single $1M+ TCV software deals directly with mega-projects in the Mission Critical space. You intimately understand the unique complexities and stakeholders in this arena.
- Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to map complex organizations, identify key stakeholders, and navigate long, intricate sales cycles within large enterprises. You possess an innate understanding of deal complexities and how to strategically overcome them.
- Integrity & Professionalism: A strong sense of integrity and clarity of action, building trust and credibility with every interaction.
- Passionate about Tech: A genuine passion for construction and/or technology, with a belief in the transformative impact advanced solutions can bring to the industry.
