About The Role

Buildots is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and take sourcing to the next level.

In this role, you’ll design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top talent across both R&D and GTM roles. As the first dedicated Talent Sourcer on the team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we bring in the best people. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and our growing recruitment team to deeply understand needs, deliver impactful results, and play a key role in defining the future of sourcing at Buildots.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing 
• Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity for passive candidates
• High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with sourcing automation and AI tools – strong advantage
• Proven track record in sourcing for senior and niche roles in global tech environments
• Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Good vibes and a sense of humor - must!
