About the Role

As an Outsource Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Manage data labeling teams with external vendors to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Help select and implement annotation tools.
• Track vendor performance using key metrics.
• Maintain data guidelines and documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• High-level English skills are a must (both written and verbal).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and self-driven attitude.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to design effective workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with data labeling and vendor management (a plus)..
• Experience with visual data (a plus).
• Experience with Power BI dashboards (a plus).
