About the Role

This role sits within our Account Management team - a group of experienced construction professionals who serve as strategic partners to our clients’ senior leadership. You’ll lead relationships with North American executive stakeholders, advising them on how to maximize the value of our technology and methodology across their project portfolios. By demonstrating a deep understanding of their goals and challenges, you’ll play a key role in creating our account strategies and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and project outcomes. Beyond relationship-building, you’ll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify opportunities to refine our offerings, and contribute to the future growth of Buildots.


Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, guiding them through technology adoption.
  • Analyze customer goals and challenges, and design enterprise-level initiatives to address them.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within our existing accounts, and partnering with Sales to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with our Product team to relay customer insights and influence product development.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to demonstrate Buildots’ operational impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a construction professional, managing trade partners on-site for a minimum of 7 years in a relevant US company 
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver high quality results both as a team leader and independently
  • Proven experience managing senior-level relationships, with a track record of successfully influencing GC executives. Experience leading teams or initiatives beyond direct site management is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills - we’re looking for a people person
  • Possess a deep understanding of both project management and business processes in the construction industry, and their integration with technology. 
  • Proactive, with the ability to take a task from idea to production and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver, thinking creatively to support our clients’ needs
  • Experience in Change Management - working with Executive-level clients to implement software solutions in any of the following industries: Construction, Oil & Gas, Mining or Manufacturing - a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel
  • Located in Eastern or Central time zones
