About the role

We seeking a Senior UX/UI Product Designer that will use UCD processes to solve user needs through designs that reduce friction and create a better life and Experience to our users . As a Senior UX/UI Product Designer, you’ll tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs, from discovery to ideation, testing, and production. You will be a leading part of the growing Design Team in the buildots Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Define the user experience and design the UI for new and existing features and Flows
• Lead discovery efforts to generate an understanding of user needs and opportunities
• Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to effectively validate design ideas, and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Design pixel-perfect UI to improve productivity for advanced technical users that will be regularly using our products
• Work alongside UX Researcher, Product Managers, and developers within the team
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure user experience consistency across the platform 

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer in-house at a B2B/B2C product company
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
• Deep understanding of user-centered and data-driven design methodologies
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in designing complex and data-intensive products and platforms
