About the role:

As a Product Manager at Buildots, you will work cross-functionally to take products from conception to adoption.

You will connect the technical and construction worlds in order to break down complex problems and drive impact to the company’s strategic initiatives. 

You’ll be responsible for the strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution of your product(s).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products
• Create and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs balancing varying needs from customers, internal stakeholders, and your own initiatives
• Analyze complex data sets to identify new product opportunities for our customers
• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales to develop innovative solutions to difficult problems

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS B2B products
• Strong product sense
• High-level execution skills are a must
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-organized and process-driven
• Relentlessly energetic with passion and empathy
• Bonus points for previous experience in construction-tech
