About the Role:
Buildots is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our expanding marketing team.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead acquisition, and prospect engagement at every stage of the buyer’s journey, fueling our sales pipeline. You will take a data-driven approach to optimize paid advertising campaigns, to attract and nurture high-quality leads.
What you'll do:
- Full, hands-on ownership of paid advertising in Buildots: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns as the main platform, as well as Google Ads, YouTube, and other B2B-relevant platforms.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to improve performance.
- Monitor, measure, optimize and report on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) using HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and campaign execution using project management tools (Asana, Google Sheets).
- Collaborate with content marketing and design teams to enhance user experience across landing pages, website assets, and ad content.
- Work with the RevOps team to monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies and tools to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of in-house experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles in a B2B SaaS growth stage tech company (Or similar experience with an agency working with B2B clients)
- Proven hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Experience managing Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce, GA4, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Superb project management and operational skills
- A geeky number cruncher with strong attention to detail
- Native or Native-equivalent English proficiency
- Experience with SEO and website optimization - an advantage
