Role Description:

Customer Success Managers in Buildots are in charge of making sure that project teams extract the maximal value possible from the product, incorporate it into their workflows, and can be referenced in the company’s main goal - expanding to more projects within the account. The team is also critical in Marketing (building case studies) and Product (gathering feedback and observations from projects) efforts.

Buildots is looking for a team leader for the Customer Success Managers team. The team manages all projects globally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coach, and support a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Manage, prioritize, and oversee the daily tasks of the team
  • Setting and implementing standards and working methods
  • Define and track goals and KPIs for the team and each individual in the team
  • Support efforts and build relationships with key projects
  • Engage with Product, Marketing and Sales leaders to ensure the team’s efforts are prioritized correctly and the results are leveraged optimally in the company
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and implement initiatives to help scale the business


Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a B2B customer-facing role
  • Experience in managing a Customer Success team
  • Strong operational skills, proactive approach to process improvement, and previous experience building out customer success initiatives and best practices that drive success with accounts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience in training and developing a customer success team
  • Knowledge of the construction industry - a plus
